Shipments with furnishing carriers

Mobilitalia sends with carriers specialized in furniture and furnishing to ensuring an high service level and the integrity of the product during the trasport. For small packages or product replacements, shipments can also happen with courier. All our shipments are effected with insurance All Risk covering.

Telephone Notice

Mobilitalia sends an email notification when it ship. Then the courier performs telephone notice to inform about the day and time of delivery; For this reason, we recommend you to enter a cell phone number ever reached.

Shipping with telephone notice has to be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipment times

Products can take from 2 to 10 days to arrive at your destination. To be able to have a traceability and to know the delivery times, the customer can go on the web site carrier site and insert the trucking number that you receive by mail from Mobilitalia.



Deliveries take place exclusively at ground floor. Customers have to help the driver unloading the packages from the truck; according to the dimensions and weight of the purchased products, customers are asked to put at disposal other people at the moment of delivery. The carriers do not deliver supplies inside apartments, houses or at upper floors if the customer does not require it

Retirement at our store

You can pick up supplies directly at our warehouse from Monday to Friday in Via dell'Artigianato 20/C Loreggia (PD). By selecting Picking up at Warehouse, returns and replacements have to be carried out directly at our headquarters. If you wish to send a carrier of your choice to pick up the supply we strongly advice against the use of non specialized carriers.
