Terms and conditions of delivery
COSTS: delivery in Italian territory, Islands included is shown being of purchase.

DAMAGE: our products are shipped with a special packaging (cardboard or vacuum); If they were to be torn or smashed, please verify the integrity of the product and content to communicate immediately the damage to the staff of "mobilitalia" by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Warranty on products
As governed by Legislative Decree 2 February 2002 No. 24 in transposition of Directive1999/44 and complies with the provisions of art. 1519 septies c. c. The only exceptions are the guarantee of 24 months "Outlet" products from photographic sets, fairs, Television Sets and Showroom of the Manufacturer, as falling into the category of "well used" on which the warranty is 12 months for non-conformity defects by law.
The warranty given includes the repair or replacement of the defective part or component, or only where this is not possible, replacement of the product.
In the cases covered by the warranty, the customer must submit a detailed description of the defect found with designation and dimensions of the mattress. The mattress warranty must be sent packed appropriately to avoid further damage of which you do not answer.
If the fault or defect is not covered by warranty, you will be charged the cost of the replacement done and cost of transport to the returning of the goods.
Right of withdrawal
Each customer can, following a purchase, exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner and within the time prescribed by law.

The subject goods made should be kept in its original packaging and must be returned no later than ten days after the date of its receipt, at the customer's expense. The product must be submitted.
Note: will not be withdrawn in no way mark parcels, carriage forward or shipped with priority mail or parcel.
Reimbursement of amounts paid will be within 30 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal (art. 5, para 6, d. Lgs n. 185 del 5/22/1999). The consumer has a right of withdrawal without penalty, the only charges against him are those relating to the return ofthe product and the first expedition supported by the supplier. Refunds will be made to the coordinates indicated in the letter of withdrawal, as indicated above.
Note: as required by art. 5 paragraph 3 and art. 7 of legislative decree 185/99 remain excluded from exercising the right of withdrawal the supply of goods tailor made.

Marketing communications are sent only upon explicit consent of the customer issued together with the authorization to the treatment and to enter in the registration form online. Romani Group S.r.l. guarantees to its customers the respect ofthe rules on the processing of personal data is governed by the privacy code as for Legislative Decree 196 of 30. 06. 03.
